The Role

The Yorkshire and North East Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and driving the regional marketing strategy to support business growth and the success of our projects.

This proactive, role ensures all marketing activity aligns with both regional and group brand strategies. They are responsible for maintaining the highest brand standards and collaborating seamlessly with the wider marketing team and Yorkshire & NE Regional Team.

Key responsibilities

• Regional Marketing Leadership.

• Develop and implement a strategic regional marketing plan that supports local business objectives and aligns with the wider group brand.

• Manage and monitor the regional marketing budget, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.

• Customize national campaigns for local audiences, guaranteeing brand consistency and relevance.

• Brand Stewardship.

• Champion the Muse brand across all regional initiatives, ensuring brand standards are upheld at every touchpoint.

• Align regional marketing with national strategy for consistent brand recognition.

• Actively seek out and share regional success stories to enhance Muse’s reputation and visibility.

• Project Marketing Support.

• Advise and support development teams throughout each project’s lifecycle, providing strategic oversight and guidance.

• Assist with maintaining standards across marketing budgets, branding decisions, resources, and creative briefings.

• Ensure marketing output meets quality standards, meets goals and leverages approved brand templates and guidelines.

• New Business & Profile Building.

• Design and deliver innovative regional campaigns to strengthen Muse’s business profile and highlight key team members.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, stakeholders, and influencers to raise the company’s profile.

• Represent Muse at local industry events and networking opportunities.

• Lead the submission and coordination of regional award entries.

• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing.

• Foster collaboration across the Yorkshire and North East Regional Team and the wider marketing team, participating actively in national marketing meetings.

• Ensure local campaigns are aligned with national messaging, utilizing group resources and best practices.

• Proactively share regional achievements to support national communication efforts.
