Well-connected business and retail hub

Basing View is a bustling new urban centre in the Southeast. We worked with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to make the most of a great location, creating an unbeatable combination of places to work alongside places to live, shop and relax – all in a green and pleasant environment.

An array of retail offerings

This previously forgotten part of Basingstoke is now home to international brands like Primark, Waterstone’s, Cosy Club and Wagamama alongside independent shops and cafes. And there are plentiful amenities for the community and visitors alike, including a supermarket, green spaces, and a hotel.
