Providing what the community needs to flourish

Our collaboration with the London Borough of Newham resulted in more than 650 new homes for all kinds of families, a new library and community centre, local shops and a rejuvenated market square.

A catalyst for change

Rathbone Market, the library and community hub have been hailed as transformational and have brought a renewed vibrancy to this well-connected area which was already full of potential. They have proved a catalyst for wider investment and development in the borough.
