We’re continuing the growth of our delivery team in the North with the appointment of Lilly Hein-Hartmann as Project Manager in the North West, and Michael Ramsden as Senior Project Manager in our Leeds office.

Lilly brings extensive experience in Project Management and design excellence, benefitting from a background in architectural design having completed two degrees and several years in place-making architecture firms before switching to Project Management.

Lilly arrives from AECOM, where she delivered complex public sector projects, such as for the Ministry of Justice, and educational capital works. Prior to AECOM Lilly was a Project Manager for Rider Levitt Bucknall, where she gained exposure to large scale projects, spanning multiple sectors from European datacentres to heritage conservation, civic, hospitality and cultural projects.

Drawing on her placemaking experience across a wide range of industries, Lilly will play an important role in driving forward the delivery of our portfolio in the North West. This includes working with the University of Salford, where she will help to progress the next chapter of the £2.5bn Crescent Salford masterplan.

Lilly Hein-Hartman, said:

Joining Muse is a fantastic opportunity to build on my experience delivering complex, people-focused, places. Muse’s reputation for delivery in the region is second to none, and I’m delighted to join the team to help continue this.”

Michael Ramsden joins as Senior Project Manager in our Leeds office, reinforcing our commitment to delivering transformational regeneration across Yorkshire and the North East.

Michael brings over a decade of experience in project and commercial management, having led some of the region’s most complex urban regeneration schemes. He joins from Latimer Developments, where he managed one of Leeds’ largest residential projects focused on creating 1,800 new homes in the city centre.

Michael’s appointment comes at a pivotal time, as we continues to expand our presence in the region and deliver place-led regeneration across Yorkshire and the North East, in partnership with local authorities and communities. Michael will play a key part in the delivery of Muse’s new Strategic Regeneration Partnership with Wakefield Council.

In addition to working on the Wakefield SRP, Michael will also bring his expertise to a number of new projects, including the recently announced partnership between ECF and Gateshead Council to deliver the Baltic Quarter.

Simon Dew, Director of Development Management for Yorkshire and the North East, said:

We’re delighted to welcome Michael to the team. His proven track record in delivering complex, multi-phase developments and navigating challenging regulatory processes will be invaluable as we continue to create vibrant, sustainable places across Yorkshire and the North East. ”
