Regional marketing and communications manager
Muse, the placemaker, is looking for an experienced, creative and self-motivated marketing and communications manager to lead multiple marketing campaigns across the business’ Northern portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include multiple 360-degree marketing campaigns for Muse projects and joint ventures in the north of England. You will co-ordinate project managers, residential sales and marketing teams, property agents and our external creative teams to lead effective and on-brand campaigns that amplify the Muse brand. It will be your job to ensure that both the creative and the message exemplify our brand guidelines, are relevant and effective, and make us all feel proud.
Working with our suppliers and partners, you will help to build relationships in our new communities to enhance placemaking and build a great new neighbourhood. You’ll identify the needs of our stakeholders and influence the marketing campaign accordingly.
You will lead Muse’s northern business development opportunities and events and manage our representation at networking opportunities.
You will work closely with the Brand manager to share learnings and best practice and to iterate and improve on our brand guidelines, providing feedback and briefing in additions and improvements.
You will be part of a nationwide marketing and communications team, reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications and the Regional Managing Director and working closely with our development and residential sales and marketing teams.
