We want to create the best outcomes for the places and communities we work in. This means partnering with the best to deliver a shared vision for a brighter future

Partnership approach

Delivering a vision on a grand scale can’t be done alone. It needs multiple parties working towards a shared goal. We work in partnership to navigate through complex processes and deliver meaningful change.

Joint ventures

We’re part of two significant and successful long-term joint ventures, Waterside Places with Canal and River Trust, and The English Cities Fund with Homes England and Legal and General.

The English Cities Fund

The English Cities Fund is our long-term joint venture with Homes England and Legal & General.

For over 15 years, we have been working in partnership with councils, landowners and communities to create exceptional places. We bring together investment, regeneration expertise and long-term commitment to realise a brighter future for the communities we work in.

Waterside Places

Waterside Places is a joint venture between Muse and Canal and River Trust. Together we create urban waterside communities, like Islington Wharf in Manchester and Tottenham Hale and Brentford Lock West in London. We work together to harness the unique natural qualities of our waterways to create mixed, diverse and sustainable places for everyone to enjoy.
