We want to create the best outcomes for the places and communities we work in. This means partnering with the best to deliver a shared vision for a brighter future

National partnerships

We’re part of three significant and successful long-term National Partnerships,  ECF with Homes England and L&G, Habiko with PIC and Homes England, and Waterside Places with Canal and River Trust.

ECF

ECF is our long-term strategic partnership with Homes England and L&G.

For almost 25 years we have been working in partnership with councils, landowners and communities to create exceptional places. We bring together investment, regeneration expertise and long-term commitment to realise a brighter future for the communities we work in.
