Forward-thinking architecture

Chatham Square is the perfect blend of forward-thinking architecture, modern building techniques and people centred landscape design.

In partnership with Reading Borough Council, it is the second stage of the wider £100m regeneration scheme of Chatham Place.

A residential community in the heart of Reading

In the first phase, we created a 596 space multi-storey car park and two residential buildings which delivered 307 new homes. In the second and final phase we built 184 modern, environmentally-friendly new homes, built around a communal garden and residents’ courtyard – all in the very heart of Reading town centre.

Care was taken to create a place that’s welcoming, relaxing and secure. The plentiful new green spaces give people opportunities to enjoy nature that can be hard to find within the wider town centre.
