A mixed and balanced community

In partnership with West Sussex County Council, the former Novartis site will be transformed into a well-balanced community with a diverse range of housing types to cater for a variety of demographics from one-bed flats to four-bed family houses. .

Sustainable location

Situated in a sustainable location, the former Novartis site has easy access to local roads and bus routes along Wimblehurst Road and North Heath Lane. Plus, you’ll find plenty of shops and services just a short walk away.

We’re also committed to making the site greener and more wildlife-friendly. Our plan is to boost biodiversity by at least 10% by adding more plants and creating new homes for birds and bats.

New open spaces and play areas

We’re creating two brand-new park which will have safe, fun play areas for kids, plenty of greenery, and beautiful landscaping to make them a great spot for everyone to enjoy.

One of the highlights of our plan is a woodland walk that will wind through the development. It’s perfect for dog walks, runs, bike rides, or just some playful exploring.
