Creating a mixed-use neighbourhood

Our track record of leading complex, area-wide regeneration projects gave us the experience to accelerate this new neighbourhood at Hucknall for our partners, Rolls Royce. We developed a masterplan, and set about getting planning in place, delivering the infrastructure and highways so it could take off.

Building a real community

There was a massive opportunity here to build on the heritage of this important site and create a place that would positively contribute to the area for years to come. Alongside new homes and employment space, we’ve created the things a real community needs – loads of green space, a play park, a new primary school and a local shop.

Making places that lift us up and create meaningful legacies requires partnering with the best, working with partners to deliver a shared vision for a brighter future. We worked closely with our partners at Rolls Royce, Ashfield District Council and Nottinghamshire County Council to engage with local people, and to understand what Hucknall needed to secure a brighter future.
