We didn’t quite move mountains, but we did move two rivers and a roundabout.

Where most people saw a congested roundabout, we saw an opportunity – a long term vision, underpinned by a long-term partnership approach.

Major area-wide regeneration like this is not something that can be achieved alone. It takes cooperation and the ideas and abilities of many different parties.

We’ve worked closely with the London Borough of Lewisham, Homes England, the Mayor of London, Transport for London, the local community, Get Living, and Balfour Beatty our construction partner amongst many others to make our vision at Lewisham a reality.
