Live at New Vic

A new residential community

New Victoria was already a fantastic location, with amazing connections and close to the city’s best shops, restaurants and bars – now it will also be a great place to live.

We are repurposing this central city location adjacent to Manchester Victoria train station into a new residential community.

Two 20 and 25-storey buildings

We’re delivering 520 new homes over two 20 and 25-storey buildings, alongside ground-floor shops and workspaces and extensive public spaces and landscaping. The new homes have been forward funded by Pension Insurance Corporation in a £130m deal.

As part of the wider £185m project, we’re also creating a landmark Grade A, eight-storey office building. Our transformation has been supported by Network Rail, Manchester City Council and Homes England.
