High-quality and sustainable workspace

One City Park is a new landmark office building built on a former police HQ site, in the very heart of Bradford City Centre. It’s the first high-quality, sustainable, and modern workspace to be delivered in Bradford for more than 20 years.

The building directly addresses the need for high-quality space by offering exceptional quality and adaptable floor plans to accommodate modern hybrid working practices.

Enhancing City Park for the community

One City Park also features new public spaces to enhance the wider area. The building connects seamlessly to the multi award-winning City Park with new stepped access and attractive seating areas. It is also within walking distance to cultural highlights including City Hall, St George’s Hall and the new music venue Bradford Live.

More than 300 jobs have been created throughout the construction phase with a further 450 jobs based in the building now its completed.
