Shifting perceptions

There was clear commercial ambition for Liverpool, but a limited supply of modern, high-quality workspace. We worked with partners to bring this area of the city centre back into sustainable use and stimulate economic growth, with a mix of workplaces, homes and amenities.

A home for people and businesses

We wanted a clear relationship between buildings, homes and public space from the outset. We delivered workspaces and homes, alongside public spaces for people to spend time in, connecting different parts of the city.

Long term impact

Since completion in 2011, St Paul’s Square has continued to evolve. Over time, it’s became part of the city centre’s established commercial activity, reflecting the growing use of the location by businesses, employees and residents.
