Talbot Gateway is part of our wider £100 million regeneration of this part of Blackpool, delivered in partnership with Blackpool Council. Once complete, it will reposition a key area of the town centre as an exciting new commercial and leisure quarter.

Right on the doorstep on the train station, Talbot Gateway provides a much warmer and more impressive welcome to residents, visitors and commuters flooding in to this part of Blackpool.
Our PartnersA proper mixed-use neighbourhood
The new neighbourhood provides a Holiday Inn hotel, Grade A workspaces accommodating over 4,000 employees, a Sainsbury’s supermarket, alongside a number of smaller retail and leisure units, a new transport interchange and extensive public realm improvements. The next phase will see a modern new workplace for the Ministry of Defence bringing another 1,100 workers to the centre of Blackpool.
