Weston M6 is a brand new, vibrant, and sustainable mixed-use neighbourhood in Cheshire East. The site is two miles from the centre of Crewe and has been designed to make the most of excellent connectivity to the rest of the North West and beyond.

A proper mixed-use neighbourhood

We entered into an agreement with the landowner, the Witter Trust, in December 2014, securing outline planning consent in December 2016 for a new mixed-use neighbourhood of 325 homes, a new town centre full of shops and amenities for the burgeoning community and employment opportunities for local people.
