Building thriving communities together

Placemaking

We take pride in being a nationwide placemaker committed to shaping vibrant communities through responsible regeneration initiatives across the entire Southern region.

From the historic port city of Plymouth to the bustling heart of central London, we collaborate with communities and stakeholders to craft innovative, mixed-use projects that stand as testaments to sustainable development.

Partnerships

We believe in the transformative power of partnerships, working hand-in-hand with local authorities, businesses, and residents to breathe new life into urban spaces.

Our dedication to responsible regeneration ensures that each project not only enhances the physical landscape but also contributes positively to the social and economic fabric of the region.

As we continue our journey, we are always eager to explore new opportunities and partnerships, driven by a vision to create lasting, meaningful spaces that inspire and connect people. Join us in building the future, one community at a time.

Brixton marks new chapter in regeneration story

For nearly a decade, Muse has been working in partnership with the London Borough of Lambeth and in September 2023 the final phase of the collaboration was successfully finished with the opening of the Lambeth Archives in March 2024, and a new collection of mixed-tenure homes at Palladium Court, Regal Court and the Darcus Howe Apartments.
