Steven Knowles, former Regional Director for the North West at Harworth, has made the move to Muse to be our new Director of Development Management in the North West.

Knowles has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, leading regional teams at both St Modwen Properties PLC and Harworth Group PLC, with a focus on delivering complex, area-wide programmes of regeneration, while at the same time growing both development teams and pipelines.

Achievements include the delivery of over 4m sq ft of industrial space at Logistics North in Manchester, a new urban village at Moss Nook in St Helens and the extension of Wythenshawe town centre in partnership with Manchester City Council.

Phil Mayall, Managing Director – North West, said:

Given our strategic expansion right across our business, we’re delighted to secure Steven’s services, where he’ll head up our development management team in the North West and further support the growth of our portfolio and our team here.”
We’re at a really exciting time for the business, as we build brighter futures, together with public and private-sector partners, that focuses on connecting people and place together seamlessly.”

Steven Knowles, our new Director of Development Management – North West, said: “I’m proud to be joining such an innovative and progressive business in Muse and I’m looking forward to working with our passionate team of property professionals, who create opportunities for communities to thrive and prosper.”
