Sade joined our North West team last year as a Resident Liaison Administrator, and immediately made a positive impact on our new homes customer service.

Towards the end of last year, Sade took up the role of New Homes Manager for the North West, leading the aftercare for all of our residential customers in the region.

To celebrate her promotion, we caught up with Sade to find out more about her role and how she’s found her time at Muse so far.

What will your new role as New Homes Manager entail?

My new role as New Homes Manager involves making sure that people have a fantastic experience when they move into their new home. I complete pre-home completion inspections, manage the aftercare of all new homes in the North West, building relationships with our construction teams and supporting the wider New Homes team in their efforts to make customer service seamless for all home buyers.

How have you found working at Muse?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Muse. I feel welcomed by my colleagues and it inspires me how hard working everyone in the business is. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit our other UK offices and the company as a whole demonstrates that mutual respect and honesty is a large part of its values.

I feel very grateful to work for Muse as I feel mutual respect and autonomy is fostered here. My professional growth is also a priority as I have completed training courses that will benefit me in the future.

What are you looking forward to in your new role?

I’m looking forward to meeting our customers in their homes and helping them solve any issues they may have.

I enjoy being able to be proactive and I’m very passionate about this industry, so it’s a big opportunity.

I’m also excited to get involved in our new Greenhaus community as I have a soft spot for sustainability due to my degree specialising in Environmental Economics. I hope to reassure, arm our customers with knowledge and have fun in the process!
