UKREiiF 2025 was the biggest and most ambitious conference yet. Over 24,000 attendees, 1,250 expert speakers, 275 local authorities, and more than 3,000 investors and developers descended on Leeds. It proved again to be the UK’s leading platform for regeneration, investment, and sustainable development.

For the second consecutive year, Muse took over The Fearns and we delivered our most extensive and impactful programme to date – the theme was ‘Break New Ground’.

Our series of panel discussions, networking events, showcases, and major announcements attracted more than 2,000 professionals from across the industry. All eager to engage, collaborate and innovate alongside us.

Working with our public and private sector partners, we tackled some of the most pressing issues in the built environment.

Themes ranged from sustainability and social value to inclusive economic growth, forward-thinking design, and partnership-led regeneration. Every session reinforced the value of partnership working to unlock the potential of our towns and cities.

Highlights from our programme included:

Major Regeneration Announcements – We announced exciting new partnerships in Stevenage, Wakefield, and Hull, advanced the next phase of consultation for Bradford City Village, and revealed a collaboration agreement with Wythenshawe Community Housing to deliver the first phases of the £500m regeneration of Wythenshawe

Visionary Partnerships – Through ECF, our strategic partnership with L&G and Homes England, we shared bold new visions for growth in Salford, Bradford, West Northamptonshire, Slough, and Stevenage

Habiko’s first UKREiiF – Our newly formed partnership with PIC and Homes England aims to deliver 3,000 sustainable, affordable homes across the country, showcasing how cross-sector collaboration can accelerate the delivery of new homes

Carry on Regeneration – Delivered in collaboration with our sister company Lovell, we addressed the challenges facing the housing sector and presented innovative, practical solutions for building the high-quality homes and communities we need

Our panel sessions explored regeneration opportunities across Durham, Oldham, St Helens, Northampton, Slough, Solihull, and Salford. With contributions from local leaders, planners, architects, and sustainability experts, each conversation brought fresh insight and highlighted practical future strategies.

We investigated topics such as the delivery of Passivhaus-certified homes, scaling affordable housing delivery, and unlocking innovation-led regeneration alongside our university partners in Durham, Salford, and Warwick.

From shared best practices to new delivery models, we demonstrated how long-term thinking, meaningful collaboration, and bold ambition can deliver real-world results and ‘Break New Ground’.

This year, the energy and optimism were clear. Whilst there are challenges, there is a collective ambition to deliver. Planning for UKREiiF 2026 has already begun, and Muse will be there to help shape the conversation.
