We’re delighted to reveal that we’ve been ranked as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women for another year by Great Place to Work (GPTW) – the global leader on measuring workplace culture.

Not only this, but we’ve built on our progress from last year, climbing from 100th to 28th in the medium size organisation list.

The GPTW’s Best Workplace™ survey is the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices. Drawing on the insight of millions of employees around the world, it defines what makes a great workplace, as well as outstanding employee experience.

After recently being certified as a Great Place to Work for a third successive year, we have followed this up with recognition on the list of Best Workplaces™ for Women. This accreditation celebrates our efforts to create a positive, supportive, and thriving environment for all.

It assesses the experience of women in our workplace, and how our values and leadership has helped foster a sense of empowerment, representation, celebration, and progression towards achieving personal and professional goals.

We’re proud to hear that of the women in our teams who responded 96% said, taking everything into account, Muse is a great place to work.

The certification also found that 100% felt physically safe at work and 98% were made to feel welcomed when they arrived here.

99% also said they are given plenty of responsibility. This demonstrates the value of the Muse Way, which places a great focus on open, collaborative, team working.

Jill O’Grady, Head of HR, said:

We’re proud to have been included on the Great Place to Work for Women list for 2024. To not only achieve this recognition for a second year in a row, but climb to 28th on the list, is further demonstration of our efforts to be an inclusive, diverse, and wholly representative business. Across our teams we seek to foster a culture where everyone can grow in their careers and thrive personally and professionally. We do everything we can to make sure our colleagues feel valued and listened to. We will strive to continue to improve on this, processing the results of the survey and recognising where we can further support our teams across the country ”
