Our North West team was celebrating yesterday evening, as we took home the coveted Developer of the Year title at this year’s Insider North West Property Awards.

In the citation, judges stated it was “Muse by a mile!” who praised our prolific team for not taking our foot off the pedal. With a variety of projects spanning the breadth of the region.

As a business during 2022, we’ve been making a significant impact on the built environment, delivering place-changing regeneration in partnership, with a focus on quality, sustainability and community. In the North West through our partnerships and joint ventures, we were on site with over 580,000 sq ft of commercial space and 950 new homes plus swathes of public spaces for communities to enjoy.

The prestigious award ceremony, now in its 25th year, brings together over 1,000 people from across the industry to celebrate all that is good in the built environment in the North West.

Phil Mayall, managing director – North West, said:

These awards are the ones to win in the region, so it’s a very important accolade for us. I’m extremely proud of the whole team, it really is well deserved for all their hard work and commitment to creating great places across the region.”
We’re proud to have been named in such illustrious company and we look forward to further contributing to the region’s success, building a brighter future for all, together.”
