We continue to grow our Southern team with the appointment of Hollie Boxall as Project Manager.

Hollie joins our London-based team from AtkinsRéalis, with eight years’ experience supporting a range of projects across the commercial, residential, and educational sectors for a mix of public and private sector clients.

This includes Argent, iQ Student Accommodation, and the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (now Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government), and the Houses of Parliament.

Before joining Muse, Hollie was delivering the first phase of the Bridge Close Regeneration masterplan in Romford. This is a mixed-use opportunity which will create a new community with 383 homes, a DfE urban primary school, retail space, and public realm. In addition, Hollie was also delivering a new-build Passivhaus secondary school in Burgess Hill.

Hollie’s appointment continues to boost our growth trajectory in the South, supporting delivery of a strong regional pipeline.

This includes a mixed-used regeneration project in Stevenage and the first phase of Manor Road Quarter in Canning Town (355 homes, including 50% affordable homes).

Mike Auger, Managing Director at Muse – South, said:

Hollie joins us with a breadth of experience delivering major regeneration across a number of a sectors, working with high profile public and private sector partners. ”

“Her diverse experience will add real value to our team and our established partners as we deliver our exciting pipeline of new places.”

Hollie Boxall, Project Manager at Muse – South, said:

Muse has an exceptional reputation for delivering regeneration and placemaking across the country. I am looking forward to working with the team and our partners to help unlock opportunities, deliver value, and make a positive difference to communities across the south.”
