We’ve just finished our latest collection of homes at the art deco-inspired, West Cliff Mansions, in the heart of Bournemouth and are starting to welcome homeowners.

This striking collection of one, two and three-bedroom homes – delivered by our JV with BCP Council, Bournemouth Development Company – sold out completely off plan plan and provides high-quality living just a stone’s throw from Bournemouth Pier and the sandy beaches of Poole Bay.

Toby Marden, senior development manager, said:

West Cliff Mansions is our fifth residential scheme we’ve delivered as part of our partnership with the council and we’re delighted welcome new homeowners to this new, vibrant community we’ve been creating in the heart of Bournemouth.”
The fact that all homes have sold prior to completion, is a ringing endorsement of the quality of what we’ve delivered together, alongside its location and fantastic amenities close by. It really highlights that Bournemouth is a great place to live.”
I’d like to thank everyone across the team, who have worked so effectively, diligently and safely to create such a stunning scheme that’ll benefit the Bournemouth community for years to come.”

Commenting on the milestone achievement, Cllr Philip Broadhead, BCP Council’s portfolio holder for development, growth and regeneration, said: “We are proud to have delivered these high-quality homes in such a central, convenient location. Town centre living, with all the amenities that brings, as well as the proximity to the seafront, make this area a superb choice for so many people. There is such a buzz and interest in this part of town; the new Nicci hotel has been named amongst the 10 best new hotels in the country by The Guardian and new restaurants such as The Ivy are being drawn to Bournemouth too. It’s clear from how quickly these homes sold out that people want to be here and this is yet another example of our partnership development model delivering great news for our town centre regeneration.”

Each of the homes built by local contractor Parsons & Joyce, have been carefully designed inside and out, offering open-plan kitchen/living/dining spaces, as well as access to their own outside space in the form of a private terrace or balcony.
