With 2025 all set to be a transformational year for St Helens and Earlestown, we are proud to be one of the organisations helping fund Christmas tree lights in both town centres.
Through ECF, our partnership with Homes England, and Legal & General, we are delivering a once in a lifetime regeneration in these areas on behalf of St Helens Borough Council.
Matt Whiteley said;
The traditional real Christmas trees were supplied by Rainford’s Christmas Trees, and funded by ECF and other partners supporting the borough’s regeneration. These include VINCI Building; Mott MacDonald; Planit; CJ Founds Associates; and Flinders Chase.
The next few months will see work prorogues on the first phase development in St Helen town centre, with a stunning 25,000 sq ft Market Hall flanked by a mixed-use area that includes 11,000 sq ft of modern retail space, 64 new homes and a 120 bedroom Hampton-by-Hilton hotel.
