Development Director appointed in growing North West team

We have strengthened our team in the North West with the appointment of Tom Darby as Development Director.

Tom joins from Bruntwood where he has worked for the past 10 years. Tom has helped deliver several transformational commercial and Research & Development opportunities across the UK.

This includes Enterprise Wharf in the heart of Birmingham’s Knowledge Quarter, the £200m+ Birmingham Health Innovation Campus, Glasshouse at Alderley Park just outside of Manchester, and Begbroke Science Park in Oxfordshire.

Drawing on his experience, Tom will support the £100m Prestwich Village masterplan in as well as the Innovation Zone in Salford, which is pivotal to the wider £2.5bn, 252-acre Crescent Salford masterplan. Crescent Salford is being brought forward by ECF – the placemaking partnership between Muse, Legal & General, and Homes England, together with Salford City Council and University of Salford.
