Maggie Grogan, Managing Director for the Midlands at Muse, has been named Property Personality of the Year at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2026.

Hosted by Insider Media, the awards recognise the individuals, places, and organisations making a significant contribution to the region’s residential property sector – delivering the homes and shaping the places communities want to live.

The award reflects Maggie’s leadership of our growing Midlands business and her role in delivering some of the region’s most significant regeneration and placemaking.

Since launching our Birmingham office in 2022, Maggie has established Muse as one of the region’s leading delivery partners. We are working with public and private sector partners to unlock investment, deliver new homes, support innovation, and drive lasting economic growth.

From the £3.2bn opportunity at Arden Cross to Smithgate, Holbeche Place, and Greyfriars, we are delivering transformative investment across town and city centres.

That means thousands of new homes, high-quality public spaces, new shops, cafes, restaurants and jobs – creating thriving places and supporting long-term economic growth.

Phil Mayall, Managing Director at Muse, said:

We’ve long recognised Maggie as an exceptional leader, both within Muse and across the Midlands. ”

“What she and her team have achieved since 2022 has been remarkable. They have built a strong reputation for delivery, developed outstanding partnerships and helped drive forward regeneration which will have a real and lasting impact on communities.

“This award is a thoroughly deserved recognition from industry peers and reflects the contribution Maggie continues to make in the Midlands.”

Maggie Grogan, Managing Director – Midlands, added:

I’m honoured to have been named Property Personality of the Year. ”

“While it is a proud personal achievement, it also reflects the support of the Muse business, the talent and commitment of our Midlands team, and the strength of the partnerships we’ve built across the region.

“We are already working with ambitious partners to deliver places which create opportunities for people and communities. I’m excited about what more we can achieve in the years ahead.”
