We’re proud to be one of the first recipients of the inaugural UKREiiF Awards.

The awards aim to “do things differently”, recognising people, places, projects and companies that are doing amazing things across the built environment.

On behalf of all of us at UKREiiF - we want to thank Muse for their leadership, ambition, and delivery. We think the work Muse is doing is brilliant.”

The judges remarked on our “unique ECF partnership” with Homes England and Legal & General and that their team witnesses the impact of Merchant Gate in Wakefield close to home.

The judges referenced our Habiko partnership with PIC and Homes England, which is “breaking boundaries and showcasing best practice in collaboration at a time when public and private sector partnerships is critical to underpinning our sector and communities.”

Muse is not just fixating on major cities, and the truly regional impact that your thinking provides is to be applauded. From Plymouth and Bedford to Brentford and Brixton... all with a long-term mindset of not just delivering a scheme and moving on, but shaping places where people are proud to live, work and play.”

They commented on the “beautiful” Granary Wharf in Leeds where UKREiiF delegates pass through, and is set to be the gateway from the train station into Leeds ‘New Town’, delivered via our Waterside Places joint venture with Canal & River Trust.
