A net zero future

Eden is a place of firsts. It’s designed to achieve net zero carbon in operation, meaning a reduction on running costs of up to 60% compared to a Grade A office. We’re targeting some of the most ambitious sustainability accreditations in the world. But don’t just take our word for it, it’s been held up as exemplar by organisations such as NABERS and the UK Green Building Council.

Wellness at its heart

Eden delivers wellness by design. We’re encouraging a healthy commute with storage for 156 bikes, showers, lockers and drying rooms. And we’re building in balance with a wellness studio, treatment room, contemplation space, onsite café and panoramic roof terrace.

The birds and the bees

Featuring Europe’s largest living wall, 350,000 plants and 32 different species will make up Eden’s green façade. Attracting birds, bees and bugs, it will provide a huge increase in biodiversity. The plants remove air pollutants and reduce urban temperatures, leaving a positive lasting legacy for the whole community.
