Centrally located, globally connnected

Arden Cross is a once-in-a-generation, £3bn regeneration opportunity that will supercharge growth in this region of the West Midlands through the creation of a new neighbourhood, with the new HS2 interchange at its heart.

The perfect environment for working, living and leisure

The new community will be made up of homes and places to work, all built around healthy transport and amazing public and green spaces, access to the countryside and local waterways. Spread over 346 acres, we’ll create over six million sq ft of work spaces to innovate, create and learn, and up to 3,000 new homes, swathes of green public spaces the whole family can enjoy and up to 27,000 new jobs for the region.

A future neighbourhood

Arden Cross is a place unlike any other in the Midlands or the UK. The masterplan will help transform the existing advantages of the UK Central Hub into a world-leading modern neighbourhood, and a great place to live and work.
