We’re pleased to welcome Guy Powell, Senior Project Manager to our southern team, as we continue to grow our delivery pipeline.

Guy brings more than 16 years’ experience across construction, property and placemaking.

He joins us from Populo Living Ltd, where he led the delivery of mixed-use and residential communities. Before that, he worked at Turner & Townsend as project manager on major urban transformations and infrastructure including Battersea Power Station and Chelsea Barracks.

Guy has extensive experience leading complex regeneration that puts sustainability, social impact and community at the heart of delivery.

His arrival comes at a pivotal moment, following our new partnership with Stevenage Council to deliver Station Gateway, and our appointment as preferred development partner for the next stages of  Bristol Temple Quarter.

With several masterplans now moving into their next phase of delivery, his role is central to maintaining momentum across our growing pipeline.

Guy Powell, Senior Project Manager at Muse said:

Muse is behind some of the UK’s most impressive examples of genuinely community-led developments. ”

“Its reputation and track record of delivery, particularly on complex urban regeneration masterplans, is second-to-none. What really stands out to me, is the scale and ambition of its project pipeline in London and the South. I am excited to be joining the team and to play a role in developments that create lasting social, economic and environmental value.”

Simon Harding-Roots, Regional Managing Director at Muse for the South, added:

“Guy’s expertise in sustainable and responsible development and technology in construction aligns with our ethos at Muse for delivering developments that are commercially successful, but, crucially, create a positive lasting impact on communities and the environment. His appointment reinforces our commitment to excellence and innovation across all our places.”
