A home in the heart of the city

Our vision for City Village is to create a green, healthy, sustainable and community-friendly neighbourhood, with 1,000 new homes in an accessible, city centre location.

A place to live, work and thrive

As well as homes, City Village will also boost new opportunities for revitalised independent retail, cafes, bars and spaces for businesses.

A city on the up

With Bradford being celebrated as the City of Culture 2025, we’re proud to be playing a part in the city’s bright future. There’s a buzz about Bradford, with City Village being one of many exciting developments across the city.
