We have strengthened our teams across the UK with three new appointments.
We’re delighted to welcome Lisa Gledhill as Managing Director of National Partnerships.
This strategic appointment will drive, accelerate and amplify the reach and impact of our leading partnership approach, the purpose of which is to increase the delivery of regeneration that meets community needs through the creation of great places.
In 2024 ECF, the placemaking partnership between Muse, Legal & General, and Homes England, doubled in size to £400m, while Habiko, a joint venture between Pension Insurance Corporation, Muse and Homes England, was established in late 2024 with the aim of delivering 3,000 affordable and low-carbon homes over the next 10-12 years.
Lisa joins the business with over 30 years’ experience across the property and real estate market with a background spanning regeneration, investment, design and construction. Joining from EcoWorld London, Lisa oversaw the management of the firm’s portfolio and development pipeline as Managing Director.
Lisa Gledhill, Managing Director at Muse – National Partnerships, said:
In the North West, we have appointed Hugh Taylor as Senior Project Manager, continuing the strong growth of our Salford-based team.
Joining from Glenbrook Property, Hugh supported the delivery of two opportunities at Lumina Village, the £250 regeneration adjacent to the iconic Old Trafford cricket ground. Working across the North and Midlands, Hugh has also supported Latimer, the home building arm of Clarion Housing Group.
Hugh will now support the delivery of the £550 million Oldham Town Centre Regeneration Masterplan.
And in the Midlands, we have continued to grow our team with the appointment of Marcus Harrington as Project Manager.
Marcus joins from Avison Young, where he has supported regeneration across the Midlands, London, and the UK. This includes the landmark refurbishments of Adelaide House and CB1 in Cambridge – a major mixed-use, sustainable, regeneration to revitalise the Station Road area of the city.
More recently, Marcus has been supporting Arden Cross Limited – made up of landowners Birmingham City Council, Coleshill Estate and the Packington Estate – which oversees the £3.2bn regeneration opportunity at Arden Cross.
