We are delighted to announce that we have secured a dedicated pavilion space at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) for a third year in a row.

We will be returning to the Fearns at The Department for the annual industry event which is taking place between 19-21 May 2026 in Leeds.

The space will provide a platform to host an extensive and impactful programme of panel discussions, workshops, networking events, showcases, and major announcements to over 16,000 attendees who come to the leading platform for regeneration, investment, and sustainable development.

Over the last 40 years we have proudly built a reputation as one of the UK’s leading experts in delivering mixed-use communities across the country.

Working in partnership we have delivered countless transformative places, including the £1bn, 1-000 home, Salford Central masterplan.

In the past two years, our placemaking teams in the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire & North East, and the South have worked with our local and national partners including ECF, the placemaking supergroup with L&G and Homes England, Habiko, with PIC and Homes England and Waterside Places, with the Canal & River Trust, to build a development pipeline of £4.6 billion.

This contains nearly 15,000 homes, including 30% affordable, which are ready to be delivered across 17 communities throughout the UK.

At UKREiiF we will delve into the role that we have been playing in shaping the future of cities and towns across the country alongside our partners, and how we are strategically positioned to drive the delivery of new communities in the coming years.

Phil Mayall, Managing Director at Muse, said:

“UKREiiF has grown into one of the most important events for the industry and we are delighted to be returning for 2026. ”

“It’s a place where thousands of people from across the public and private sectors come together to have positive conversations, strengthen relationships, and forge new partnerships – all focused on driving investment, transforming communities, and delivering meaningful growth across the UK.

“As a nationwide placemaker, it is important that we have a platform to showcase our successes across the country as well as our vision for the future.”

Nathan Spencer, Managing Director at UKREiiF, said:

“We’re thrilled to welcome Muse to UKREiiF 2026. Their expertise in creating vibrant, sustainable communities perfectly aligns with the forward-thinking vision of this event. ”

“The Fearns at The Department will be a fantastic space for Muse to showcase their innovative placemaking approach, engage with industry leaders, and forge meaningful partnerships that will help shape the future of UK real estate and infrastructure.”

UKREiiF is supported by some of the biggest UK property and infrastructure companies, the fifth annual event will be held in Leeds on 19-21 May 2026. The forum will attract inward investment, generate economic growth, and drive a more sustainable and inclusive culture within the property and construction industries.”
