Muse Midlands open for business

We’re continuing on our path of strategic growth, by setting up a Midlands business, which will be serviced by an office in Birmingham city centre.

This is following the news that we were appointed as the regeneration partner by Arden Cross Limited, to deliver the £3.2bn, once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a new, world-class, connected destination in the heart of the Midlands Engine. Arden Cross will include 6m sq ft of commercial space, up to 3,000 homes, vast areas of public space, key transport infrastructure and will support up to 27,000 jobs.

Our team in the Midlands will be spearheaded by Birmingham-born development director, Maggie Grogan, who will work alongside a wider team of development, projects and central support professionals.

Managing director, Kate Bowyer, said on the expansion:

Expansion into one of the UK’s key growth and economic hubs in the Midlands, has long been part of our strategy. There are a wide range of major regeneration opportunities across the Midlands that will connect people and place to the opportunities that regeneration invariably brings.”
Delivering place-changing regeneration through our regional businesses, combines local knowledge with the resources and capabilities of a national player. This move into the Midlands will enable us to provide just that within towns and cities across this burgeoning region, to create brighter futures for all.”

Development director, Maggie Grogan, added:

Being from the Midlands, I’m excited to launch our latest regional business and set to work creating opportunities for growth, investment and prosperity with our partners.”
Our work at Arden Cross is just the start of our expansion and it’s a perfect example of the scale and types of place-changing regeneration we can deliver for communities right across the Midlands.”

We’re part of Morgan Sindall Group plc – the UK’s leading construction and regeneration group.
