We are continuing the growth of our delivery team in the North West with the appointment of Lilly Hein-Hartmann as Project Manager.

Our new hire brings extensive experience in Project Management and design excellence to the business. Lilly benefits from a background in architectural design having completed two degrees and several years in place-making architecture firms before switching to Project Management.

Lilly arrives from AECOM, where she delivered complex public sector projects, such as for the Ministry of Justice, and educational capital works.

This included day-to-day project management during pre-commencement of the University of Salford’s £45 million, flagship, state-of-the-art teaching facility for junior healthcare practitioners.

Prior to AECOM Lilly was a Project Manager for Rider Levitt Bucknall, where she gained exposure to large scale projects, spanning multiple sectors from European datacentres to heritage conservation, civic, hospitality and cultural projects.

Drawing on her placemaking experience across a wide range of industries, Lilly will play an important role in driving forward the delivery of our portfolio in the North West.

This includes working with the University of Salford, where she will help to progress the next chapter of the £2.5bn Crescent Salford, masterplan.

Crescent is being delivered by ECF – the joint-venture partnership between Muse, Homes England & L&G, alongside Salford City Council and the University of Salford. It is shaping the future of the area as a premier hub for learning, enterprise and community.

Her work will support the University of Salford’s growing innovation and research strengths as part of the transformative 240-acre city district.

Stuart Rogers, Director of Project Management – North West at Muse, said:

We’re delighted to welcome Lilly to the team. Her appointment strengthens our North West team at an exciting time for the business.”

“Her background in architecture brings an important skillset as we focus on efficiency, viability and deliverability across our North West projects. She brings proven experience in delivering complex, high-quality places and a strong understanding of the region. Her work with the University of Salford positions her perfectly to help drive forward the next phase of the Crescent Salford masterplan, and we are delighted to welcome her to Muse.”

Lilly Hein-Hartman, Project Manager at Muse, said:

Joining Muse is a fantastic opportunity to build on my experience delivering complex, people-focused, places. Muse’s reputation for delivery in the region is second to none, and I’m delighted to join the team to help continue this. ”

“Crescent Salford is an integral masterplan for the region, and I’m excited to support its progress. I’m passionate about creating places that enable learning, innovation and community life to thrive, and I’m delighted to contribute to this ambition in the North West through my new role with Muse.”
