We have commenced infrastructure works at WestonM6, the landmark 1.3m sq. Ft commercial and business park in Crewe.

Working in partnership with Luddon Construction, the project will see the delivery of a new access road, services, and 26-acre biodiversity habitat which will be made publicly accessible.

This represents the first step in the delivery of the new employment space which was granted hybrid planning permission in May 2024 by Cheshire East Council.

Located between the A500 and David Whitby Way in the emerging Basford East neighbourhood, WestonM6 will be a new premier logistics and distribution hub.

On completion it will include six high-quality, sustainable, logistics and industrial units in addition to a further five office blocks.

Central to the design of WestonM6 is a focus on creating a holistic working environment that prioritises the health and wellbeing of employees, visitors, and neighbours.

This is achieved through extensive landscaping with a network of footpaths, cycleways, pocket parks, and nature trails connecting people to the natural environment.

Delivery of the initial infrastructure works is expected to be completed by April 2026 as part of a wider two-phase delivery programme for WestonM6.
