We are delighted to announce our plans for a NextGen session at the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) 2026.

As we prepare to return to *Fearns at The Department for the annual industry event in Leeds, we are pleased to be hosting a forum dedicated to the ‘next generation’ of property professionals.

Forming part of our wider programme, we’ll be curating an informative and inspiring platform for young people entering the industry.

It is hoped that the session centred on young people at UKREiiF will provide a platform to hear from others who have embarked on their own journey in the sector, as well as learn how to access future training opportunities across the wider industry.

To help shape the ‘NextGen’ session and maximise its impact, we are eager to hear from those who have recently embarked on their career journey or are actively exploring a route into the sector through our questionnaire, which closes on Friday 6 February 2026: UKREiiF NextGen Questionnaire.

The session builds on our commitment to supporting young people with hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities within the industry.

In 2025 alone we hosted 25 work experience students aged 16-23 across our regions. This has included four T-Level students from London Design & Engineering Technical College and Oldham College through our grassroots partnership.

We are also continuing to support those engaged in our internal pathway programme, the Muse Academy, focused on early years careers.

As a business we recognise how crucial it is that we are creating opportunities for young people to learn and grow. To connect with people and organisations who have carved careers in the built environment and be inspired by their stories and insight.

*All guests must hold a ticket to UKREiiF to gain access to Fearns.

We’re building a brighter future, together.
