We’ve welcomed two new members to our Yorkshire and North East team.

The appointments bring further expertise to support a growing pipeline of major regeneration projects, as the business continues to expand its presence across the region.

James Dinsley joins as Development Manager and Daniel Leach as Project Manager, both based in our Leeds office. Their arrival reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering place-led regeneration across Yorkshire, the Humber and the North East.

James brings with him a strong background in development and investment, having held roles at Rushbond Group and Avison Young. He has worked across several mixed-use schemes, leading on agency and marketing procurement, appraising new investment opportunities and supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects. James also has extensive experience in land agency, planning and development consultancy.

Daniel joins Muse from Gardiner and Theobald, where he led the delivery of a number of high-profile schemes across the residential, arts, heritage, and commercial sectors. With over nine years’ experience in the industry, he brings robust technical delivery expertise and strong stakeholder management skills, having successfully overseen complex, multi-million-pound developments from pre-construction through to completion.

The new appointments will be working across various schemes for Muse and ECF including the landmark City Village project in Bradford, and East Bank Urban Village project in Hull – a transformational development set to deliver 850 new homes and breathe new life into a once overlooked part of the city.

Simon Dew, Development Director, said:

We’re delighted to welcome James and Daniel to the team at such an exciting time for Muse in Yorkshire and the North East. Their combined experience in both the public and private sectors will be instrumental as we continue to grow our presence and deliver transformational places in partnership with local authorities and communities.”
